Why would I create an account with POINT 3 Philippines?
Creating your own POINT 3 account gives you access to your Purchase History and Order Details, and allows for faster Checkout as the POINT 3 Online Store remembers your billing and shipping information once you are logged in.


How do I log in to my POINT 3 PH account?

  1. Click the "Log in" menu on the upper right side of our website

  2. Enter your Username and Password where noted.

  3. If you forgot your username and password, no worries! Just enter your email address where noted and we’ll resend it to you.

How do I edit my account information?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the "My Account" menu on the upper right side of our website
  3. Follow prompts as noted but from here you can see Order Details, update or select a new password, update your Billing and/or Shipping addresses, as well as Add a New Contact for an additional Billing and/or Shipping contact.

How do I view my Purchase & Shipping History / Order Details?


  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the "My Account" menu on the upper right side of our website
  3. For additional order details, click on the order number to see a further breakdown of order details, shipping and payment history

How do I pay for my POINT 3 PH order?

POINT 3 offers secure methods of payment:

  • Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards - Visa or MasterCard
  • PayPal
  • Cash on Delivery/Cash on Pick-up (METRO MANILA ONLY)
  • Bank Deposit/Online Bank transfer

Shipping

How will my order be shipped?
POINT 3 offers the following SHIPPING options:

* Via Lala move /Grab Express (METRO MANILA ONLY)

* Via courier (Php 170 for Metro Manila, Php 220 for outside of Metro Manila)


How can I see what the Shipping Charges were for my order?

  1. Once logged into your account, you will be able to see details on all items ordered under your Account as well as Shipping and fulfillment status.

  2. For additional order details, click on the order number to see a further breakdown of order details, shipping and payment history

Returns & Exchanges

What is POINT 3 PH's Return Policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please follow these steps:

1. Please fill out the form here

2. Once received, someone from the team will be in touch with you to confirm some details

3. Once settled, we will proceed with the next steps

Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will send you the item requested in your exchange at no cost to you! We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund after at least one billing cycle from your credit card/bank account, first check with your credit card company or bank - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@point3basketball.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
